How to Choose a Style for Your Wedding Dance

This is a question that many wedding couples ask us. My name is Anita, I am a dance instructor in Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Warsaw and today I will answer this question for you.

Before you choose the style of the 1st dance, it is worth asking yourself what emotions you want to feel and evoke among wedding guests. Do you want to present yourself romantically and dignified, or are you in favor of faster and looser rhythms?

If the first option convinces you, we recommend trying a few steps of an elegant Waltz.

It can also be a romantic and sensual Rumba.

Many couples who have tried Tango decide to this dance.

For supporters of faster rhythms, it may turn out that a good choice will be the flirtatious and energetic Cha Cha, the loose and sexy Bachata or the joyful and light Swing.
